The Fund Manager Hermes accredited employer living wage

  Boutique fund manager Hermes has been accredited as a living wage employers.

Hermes Fund Managers, which employs over 400 staff in London, joins a group of 100 accredited employers' living wage in the UK.

Accredited as an employer to ensure, Hermes Fund Managers that all employees are paid a living wage and what an hourly rate, set each year regardless of the Greater London Authority (GLA).

It is calculated based on the development cost of living and is the minimum rate of pay for an employee to care for their families. The current living wage is £ 7.20 and £ 8.30 in London, nationally.

John Mould, Chief Operating Officer at Hermes Fund Managers, said: "As a company, Hermes campaigns for fair salaries across the board.

Rhys Moore, director of the Living Wage Foundation, added: "We are pleased to accredit employers Hermes as a living wage.
